Hi there, I take Cerrazette and also have the Mirena implant . I have had brown blood which lasted 9 days -very crampy. I had 3 days off and now red blood , migraines and nausea. I have had unprotected sex so is it possible I may be pregnant . I took a pregnancy test 6 days into the brown blood which was negative.

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Possibility of pregnancy is less likely.
Possibility of sexually transmitted infection (STI) is more because of brown discharge and crampy pain.
So better to consult gynecologist and get done clinical examination of vagina, microscopic examination of discharge too identify the infection.
Better to avoid unprotected Intercourse.
Avoid moisture and perspiration in private parts. Keep proper hygiene of private parts.
Wash vaginal area with warm water and betadine.
You will also need antibiotic and other supportive drugs.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
