Hi,

Brown vaginal discharge with pain and regular menses are suggestive of infection. So better to consult a gynecologist and get done a clinical examination and microscopic examination of discharge.

You will need antibiotics and painkiller. Avoid moisture and perspiration in private parts. Keep proper hygiene of private parts. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated. Avoid masturbation or sex for few days if you are sexually active. Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
