Hello,

Irregular vaginal bleeding demands pregnancy test and you can repeat the test again. If the test is negative then pregnancy is not the cause of the symptoms and a visit with the doctor is needed. The doctor will do a gynecological exam and possibly take a pap smear and cervical samples for chlamydia and gonorrhea to rule out these problems first and maybe will order a transvaginal ultrasound as well.

I hope I have answered to your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Kind regards,
