What Causes Brown Vaginal Discharge And Cramping During Pregnancy?

IM ABOUT 5-6 WEEKS PREGNANT AND I HAVE MY FIRST APPT WITH MY DR ON 07/06. I NOTICED TODAY THAT I HAS A LITTLE BROWN DISCHARGE AND MILD CRAMPING. I PUT IN A TAMPON TO SEE IF THE COLOR WAS DIFFERENT AND ITS VERY LITTLE AND BROWN/ PINK. BUT HARDLY ANY IS COMING OUT. THIS IS MY FIRST PREGNANCY SO IM NERVOUS ABOUT EVERYTHING. I HAVE READ A FEW THINGS ONLINE, BUT I WANTED TO ASK IF I SHOULD BE CONCERNED. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the bleeding P/v with the history of pregnancy then it need to be clinically examined and sonography is must and this must not be taken as granted, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
