What Causes Brown Vaginal Discharge During Pregnancy While Taking Progesterone Vaginally?

I went to the bathroom #2 and notice a very light brown mucus like substance on the toilet paper from my vagina, and when I looked in the toilet there were 2 little clumps of white pinkish stuff looked like tissue, Im about 9weeks pregnant should I be concerned. I also started taking 200mg of progesterone vaginally 2days ago.

this white discharge can be due to vaginal infection which can intiate abortion process...better to do treatment of it..
local examination is necessary..consult your doctor
