General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I would like to tell you that you are in labour. Brown vaginal discharge along with frequent contractions and back pain all indicate that you are having labor.

Since, you were 70 percent effaced and 2 cm dilated, it must be almost time for your time of delivery. I would advise you to go to your gynaecologist as soon as possible for safe delivery.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nazma Amman
