What Causes Brown Vaginal Discharge Post A D&C Abortion?

I had a d&e abortion 3 weeks ago tomorrow, all went well started pill day after and taken every day iv bleed for 2 weeks had interiors with partner this week iv still been wearing a sanitary towel just incase and iv started getting a browny discharge I can assume should I be worried?

Bleeding with brown or black clots or passing upto 3 weeks common so don't worry but if you observe bleeding or spotting for more than three weeks after your abortion.Heavy bleeding-soaking through 3 or more thick pads in 3 hours or less. Passing white, gray, or green tissue.
Persistence of pregnancy symptoms pas two weeks following your abortion. Cramping so severe that you cannot stand up or continue with normal activities, or if your abdomen is tender when touched.Temperature of 100.4 degrees or more, steady or rising.
