General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
I understand your concern.
You had unprotected sex on 5th day of your period. It's not likely to be a fertile day , so you have no chance for conception. The discharge you had may be due to-
- Remnants of menstrual blood,
- cervical erosion
- hormonal imbalance.
STD has history of contact & vaginal discharge/fever/lower abdominal pain/burning in urination.
Cancer has accompanying lymph glands /recurrent bleeding on sex.
Please don't worry,if it's only first time. observe it for next few days. It it reccures, consult a gynecologist.
Thanks.
