What Causes Brown Vaginal Discharge While On Diane 35?

Hi, I started taking Diane-35 a month ago, was diagnosed with pcos. But 2 weeks after i started taking it, i got ill and went to the doctor, he gave me antibiotics. I have all the symptoms of a pregnant woman, feeling ill in the morning, tired all the time, swollen feet, tender breast. 2 days ago i had a brown discharge and nothing happened after that. can you advise me on what to do please?

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Brown vaginal discharge is quite common in first 2 to 3 months when you start on birth control pills.
Old blood when gets mixed with vaginal secretions are generally brown in colour. It is seen most commonly just before the period commences while on birth control pills. The symptoms what you are describing to be having appears to be pre-menstrual symptoms.
Hence, kindly wait so that you would get your periods and it normalises.
Once your periods are normalised, the chances of conceiving would increase.
Kindly follow the advise as given by your doctor and do the necessary follow up.
