What Causes Brown Vaginal Discharge With Dizziness And Cramps?

hi i last had my period on the 27th of jan and finished on 1st feb,then 2 days later i started getting brown discharge which is goin from brown to red all the time as i still have it,i also feel dizzy and feel sick and have cramps most of the day,what could it be ?
