General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello ma'am and welcome.

A creamy brown discharge does indicate a possibility of an infection, possibly fungal or a urinary tract infection, but the diagnosis cannot be confirmed at this point of time, so it would be best to visit a doctor and get your urine analysed and a vaginal swab test.

Once an infection is confirmed, we can go ahead treating the infection, but if at all an infection has been ruled out we can consider other options. But in my opinion, an infection at this point and with this description does seem more likely.

Best wishes.
