What Causes Brown Vaginal Discharge?

Earlier when I was just sitting there, I felt as if I had peed myself. Upon going to the bathroom, I found that I had a brownish color discharge in my underwear. I went to the bathroom and when I wiped, noticed that the paper was brown. I put a liner on and went about my day. When I went to the bathroom the next time, the liner was filled with brown blood and a few minor clots. I am not pregnant, have not been sexually active in a little over a month. I do not have cramps nor am I running a fever. I do have a history of kidney stones though. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Hello.Brown vaginal discharge, vaginal infection is a possible diagnosis but it seems that your secretion is secondary to bleeding. I recommend you go to an Emergency Service. The doctor will examine you and probably will request an vaginal ultrasound to rule out different pathologies.
I wish you good health.
