What Causes Brown Vaginal Spotting After Medical Abortion?
I had an abortion almost 2 months ago, I was only7 weeks when took the abortion pills, I went to see the doctor a week after and he said everything looked good in the ultrasound, I had like a normal period 3 weeks after the abortion, after that I ve suddenly bleed at work while walking very heavy no clots constant bleeding that stopped in couple hours, I ve been spotting brown after the last episode and have no pain.I work nights and don t sleep well, I feel I m more depress lately. I was off work 4 days and it stopped and as soon I went back to work it started again What can this be? Thank you
Bleeding after an abortion needs proper evaluation. I would recommend you to see your doctor and have a vaginal examination and probably a transvaginal ultrasound. The doctor may ask other tests as well, depending on the findings of these two.
According to the findings in physical examinations, the doctor will determine the possible cause and needed treatment.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
