What Causes Brown Vaginal Spotting After Taking Minigynon Pills?

Hi I ve been diagnosed with a cyst in my ovaries about 6.3cm. I started taking the minigynon pills shortly after however it s been 13 days since I ve seen my period and I m still having brown spotting and a litake blood. I started taking the pills on the first day of my period..any suggestions. My period normally last for 6 days before I statted taking the pills

I think you should be tested for std and also do a vaginal smear. Vaginal infection is suspected.
