What Causes Brown Vaginal Spotting While Tubes Are Tied?
4 years ago I had my tubes tied. Now I should be having my period but I m spotting brown could I be pregnant. I have been eating more and very tired.i went to the e.r today but she said I wasn t pregnant.what could be going on with my body?I only spotted this way when I was pregnant.

as it can be lseen after ectopic pregnancy which is one of the complication after tubal ligation.
if I would have been your doctor I would have advised you to get pelvic ultrasound done to rule out ectopic pregnancy and get BHcG done.
