What Causes Brown Vaginal Spotting?

I recently increased the hormone level for my birth control pill, I just finished month 2 and a few days before my placebo week I had spotting. Sometimes brown, sometimes reddish. It light then stopped then light then stopped and I did not have any bleeding during my placebo week. Should I be concerned about pregnancy?

HI
Well come to HCM
Once you are on hormone medicine then pregnancy is just very less likely but of course menses would be irregular for some time, in case of missed period and obvious sign pregnancy test need to be done and best would be ultrasonography test, take care.
