What Causes Brown Vaginal Spotting?

Hi Doctor, I am 24 years old, i had brown spotting for a month so i went to the gynec. She told me to do a ultrasound and she concluded i had pcos for which she gave me Novelon for 3 months. After starting Novelon I began shredding a lot of hair. Its been 1 year 3 months and the hairfall just isnt stopping. Please help me.

Hi I think you should go for evaluation first. Get a thyroid profile and prolactin level done. For hair fall, consult a dermatologist because novelOn will not have such long term side effect. There can be some other reason of that. Hope it helps.
