What Causes Brown Vaginal Spotting?

I am a heathly 35 year old who has regular 28 day cycles like clockwork. Last month I started spotting brown then light bleeding for two days then brown spotting when I would wipe for about two days. This month on day 29 I started with brown then brownish black spotting then reddish brown now it s red light bleeding again nowhere near a period. Stopped for 12 hours and started light bleeding again. I could be pregnant since I did have sex in my fertile window. I am currently not under stress and I don t have any STD I was checked two weeks ago. I don t have any cysts or fibroids and a perfect uterus as per the dr who performed a transvaginal ultrasound three months ago. I have also had negative pregnancy test and one negative blood test two weeks ago. What s going on with me? Could I be pregnant and not have enough HCG?

Yes, possibility of pregnancy is more likely for your symptoms.
Pregnancy tests detect HCG (human choroidal gonadotropin) hormone.
In some females, HCG secretion is low in the early pregnancy.
So pregnancy can be missed on pregnancy tests.
So better to consult gynecologist and get done ultrasound examination to confirm pregnancy.
If gestational sac is present then you are pregnant.
