Four year old with a brownish-colored bruise on the fleshy part of her forearm, with a small white centre. Sensitive to the touch. The centre has no pin hole indicating any type of bite. THis appeared a couple of weeks ago, disappeared and reappeared again in the same location. It looks like an old bruise but it never looked like anything else.
Hello Thanks for the query. Probably the child has developed bruise. It can happen in low platelet conditions. I advise you to get his blood platelet levels checked. For immediate relief heparin gel to be applied twice a day for 5 days can be used. Let me know if you have any other doubts. Thank you
