General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Brown vaginal discharge and headache are not signs of pregnancy when there is nexplanon implant, but possible vaginal or cervical infection with underlying pyrexia is seemingly possible at this stage.

My guidelines at present:
- Drink more liquids
- Cranberry sachets
- Chewable vitamin C supplements and citrus fruits
- Avoid vaginal or anal sex (if active)
- Vaginal hygiene
- Sitz bath with lukewarm water added lavender oil
- Tablet paracetamol for headache

Follow up after 2 days about the progress of symptoms and further guidelines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
