What Causes Brownish Discharge And Irregular Menstruation?

I started my period when I was 11 yrs old. 15 yrs later my period cycle is still very irregular, whether it be the cycle date, duration, or amount I bleed. 2 years ago I started a monogamous relationship, my boyfriend and I are both clear of STDs, and we've been having unprotected sex. 6 months into the relationship I started noticing issues with my vagina such as weird smelling discharge and eventually progress to frequent UTI/BV/Yeast/Buring/Itching despite frequent shower/cleaning. Finally a month ago I got a 6 days BV treatment and for 2 weeks my vagina was finally back to normal. Now today 2 weeks later, whenever I wipe after i urinate, there are some light orange substance on the tissue. And the panty liner will have bronwish orange substance on it. No strong odor, a little of a smell to it but maybe its blood? But why is it orange? P.S I have had no period last month and prior to that its just irregular period/in between spotting. Please advise, thank you!
