What Causes Brownish Discharge During Menstruation?
period was supposed to come on 1/6/15 .I noticed when wiping following urination that I had a light red spotting on toilet paper , today the spotting is a bright red, at first it's color was a rusty brownish red. I have so far had the spotting for two days.

Sometimes red spotting or brownish diasharge is common during menstruation due to stress or mild hormonal imbalance. If you get your periods then fine if not then kindly take a urine pregnancy test one week after missed periods.
