What Causes Brownish Discharge During Menstruation?

i have just taken my tampon out its been in for a while tbh, not over 6 hours thought. and im half way threw my period like 2 days left, im usualy on for 5 days.

im only 15 :)

and ye so i pulled the tampon out and there was a little brownish blood with a tinge of a brownish green so im not sure if it is green its just mixed into the other blood tbh.

i no this is disgusting but ye.

this period had been soo heavy and its not normaly at all! also i felt very faint at the begining of my period soo bad belly pains i couldnt stand up and i was sick..

so im wounder if this could be it ?

also i had sex last april ? but used a condom each time and
