What Causes Brownish Discharge While On Treatment For Trichomoniasis?

I was treated for an ST I called trichomoniasis last week Tuesday started what I believed to be my period that Wednesday heavily up until this pass Monday, and I just went to the rest room and had a never before seen dark brown discharge after wiping is this common for after care, keep in mind I had been having an irregular menstral since January

Remnants of any vaginal medication also can give rise to such discharge. Irregularities of the menstrual pattern can be caused by infection.
