I just discovered to brownish moles inside my anal but i have never been sexually active and am not sure if it is genital warts or moles. And i want to know if they will go away or are harmful, if i should see someone. No irritation or scratching. Im male

You may be right. It may be mole. But,for perfect diagnosis...you consult the dermatologist. After thorough examination and investigations, he might decide whether you require treatment or not.
