What Causes Brownish Patches Near The Vagina?

I am constantly getting a brown like wax in my vagina area but not in my vagina. I just got tested and I have no STD s and no infections, I m constantly carrying around wipes to clean the area. I wash twice a day and it hasn t went anywhere for about 2 months

As there is no clue, I will suggest to get the biopsy of the affected area. In this way diagnosis will be made. As it may be noninfective lesion. I hope, you will get diagnosis. If you have any further query, you can come back to us.
