What Causes Brownish Red, Watery Discharge During Pregnancy?

Hi, I m currently 11 weeks and 6 days. I woke up to soaked underwear. When I went to feel down there I have liquid discharge coming from my vagina. It s like water except it s a brownish reddish color. I m nervous cause I just had a miscarriage a month before I got pregnant with this baby. What could this be? What should I do?

Don't take it lightly as it can be early sign of miscarriage.
Visit your gynecologist at the earliest.
Till then have full bed rest with pillow under feet.
Avoid standing at all times.
