What Causes Brownish Smelly Bleeding During Period?

I am 32 yrs. old. I have never had any children or ever been pregnant. My menstartion period usually last about four or five days and is never very heavy. The last couple days of the c ycle, the brownish colored blood smells very badly. What should I do? I have noticed as I get older this smell gets a little worse. Please help!
