What Causes Brownish Spots On Arm Post Benoquin Cream Withdrawal?

Hi Iam 37 female from Qatar ... I have been using benoquin cream due to my vitiligo problem . I stoped using it for 2 months now . But i noticed a few dots on my arms which r in brown colour i went to my drmatoligist and he decided to give me betnovate cream ,,, The question us why these dots appeared ?!

I am of the opinion that brown color dots on your arm is due the side effect of Benoquin which will subside over a period of time.
