What Causes Brownish Vaginal Bleeding During 15 Weeks Of Pregnancy?
Hi. I am 15 week pregnant but i am having bleeding issues. I had red bleeding once in 10th week and after that now i have brownish bleeding in small quantity after every third day. I was bring told that my placenta is anterior 10mm from OS. I am on bed rest but now i need to join my office for job. Its a sitting job Is it normal? Or should i take special care. Why im having bleeding so often and brown?
Though it is a sitting job, bed rest would be the best option at this stage. In many women the bleeding is not related to a serious cause and resolves but in some cases, it can be a problem.
Some of the causes include infection, polyps, abnormal position of the placenta, cervical changes, miscarriage.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Michelle Gibson James, General & Family Physician
