What Causes Brownish Vaginal Discharge After Switching From Pills To Depo Shots?

18 years of age and have a monogamous relationship. The only recent health change is the depo-vera shot in replace of pills. Experiencing a discharge that is bronish. No odor. No itching. No burning when urinating. No pain during sex. The amounts are small but concerning because typically I m a healthy woman. Diagnosis? Prevention? Treatment?

diagnosis may be vaginal candidiasis or say leucorrhoea.
treatment is local anti fungal vaginal tab or cream.
treat both partner with oral fluconazole for two days.
good hygeine is main stay for prevention.
