What Causes Brownish Vaginal Discharge After Taking Sprintec?

I had bv back in October 2015 then I was fine no problem now I m starting to have dark brown discharge then stop on and off for maybe 2 months I m on sprintec bc. Had protected sex and I started bleeding. Never done this before. No cramps no smells no pain. I finished my blue pills now I m in my white so I m about to start my period in a couple days. I m worried I may have cancer or something else serious

I really appreciate concern, it not the cancer (Malignancy) to confirmed the malignancy it requires several investigations and the first is clinical findings it the first evidence doctors finds and then according to this further investigation being done to confirmed the malignancy, it can never be decided, or diagnosed and say anything from the history given here hope this information helps.
