What Causes Brownish Vaginal Discharge After The Intercourse?

I have a problem. My last period started on April 28 and later, May 16 I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend. Maybe 30hours later I found dark brown discharge on my knickers and when I took a shower, some discharge was again excreted and I could clearly see small, maybe 2-3, pieces of endometrial tissue. As this has never happened to me, I'm pretty worried. What can it be? what can cause that discharge? Thanks for your answer. Michelle
