What Causes Brownish Vaginal Discharge Along With Blister After Sexual Assault?

A few weeks ago I was sexually assaulted and I haven't been to doctor yet because I am not in my country and it is hard to find a doctor here who I can communicate with. Anyway I am now experiencing brownish red discharge and I appear to have one pimple like growth on the opening near my vagina which is painful. Is it best to go to a doctor now or can I wait two months to get back home?
