What Causes Brownish Vaginal Discharge When On Keppra?

I m 34 yes old I m on Keppra 2,000 a day I m feeling pregnant I have 3 kids already, I had brownish dischare for a couple of days then it went away I haven t had my period, I m very tired and moody and gained 8 lb in a month , I had a pregnacy test but it came back negative, what should I do?

consult your gynecologist to rule out the cause of vaginal discharge & delayed periods.
if discharge is light brown(not dark brown) less than one tea spoon full(5 ml ) in volume per day ,it is normal.
other symptoms may be due to keppra(levetiracetam).
consult your treating physician,do not stop or change the medicine without discussing your physician.
