What Causes Bruise And Blisters Below The Knee And Foot After A Knee Injury?
4 days ago i missed a step getiing out of my work truck, fell onto concrete and scraped my knee on the left leg its sore but doing ok, on the right leg, i scraped it alittle and must of hit it pretty hard but it didnt hurt for about an hour later, know it has a bruise from my shoe line to just below my knee, half way around my leg and it has gotten blisters on the scrap line and a couple outside that area, with a clearish pink liquid in them, is this normal?
I think the blisters you are having are not normal. They are probably related to infection. You should have cleaned the wound and used betadine. Probably you have to visit the doctor to clean it out from dead and infected parts. Also, antibiotics may be needed.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
