What Causes Bruise Below The Ball Of Foot?

I noticed a bruise tonight just below the ball of my foot & have no explanation for it. The only thing I ve noticed is 3x in the last day or so I felt a hard painful twinge between a couple of my toes that lasted only a moment when turning a corner (while in the house, not doing anything strenuous). other than those moments of pain, I haven t experienced any other pain...& the bruise doesn t hurt either.

Hi,

The bruise or ecchymoses on feet may be due to friction or pressure bout injury. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. I would recommend you to take vitamin C in high doses with vitamin K ..Apply thrombophob oint. And protect the feet from injury.

Hope this helps.
