What Causes Bruise In Knee And A Feeling Of Water Leakage?

Please type your query here... i fell one night when out of town and fell in a weird position and hurt my knee i left it a couple of weeks as it started to calm down, but it has now started to play up again and some times feels like its leaking liquid. Could there be something serious a wrong with it or could it just be bruised
