What Causes Bruise In My Neck And Chest?

Thanks! Hi, I am just wondering about something. I took a shower tonight and was washing my neck and chest and noticed I felt a bruise, but there is nothing there. I felt this about a month ago and I don't really want to worry, but I don't want to ignore something that has been around for a month. Any ideas?
