What Causes Bruise Inside My Ears?

My daughter used a q-tip in her ear about a week ago and I think she bruised her ear drum, it hurt for a day or two and has been good ever since, This morning she belched a bit and the pain came back, although not all the time . It seems to be in waves and then disappears, I think she may have bruised it again with the force of air, Any ideas?

skin in the external ear area might be injured.
don't use any ear drops until seen by ent doctor with otoscope.
ear wax can also cause pain.
if pain is severe use brufen tab orally .
if fever is present.
u have to start penicillins for a period of 5 days
