What Causes Bruise Like Marks On The Rib Cage?
Hello. I have two dark almost bruise-like marks on either side of my rib cage. They have been there for over 6 months. They appeared when I began using crutches for a foot injury. I am unsure if this is a dermatological issue or something else. Is this common?

since it may be post inflammatory pigmentation or some thing... better to consult local dermatologist and get an opinion
