What Causes Bruise Like Painless Blue Skin On Top Of Butt Cheek?

Hi, I ve recently noticed what seemed like a bruise at very bottom of my back, top of my butt cheek (sorry to sound vulgar). Seemed like nothing, until it started getting darker. Now it is an indentation on my skin and is blue. It doesn t hurt, it s not sore or anything. Just ugly. I m getting concerned, I ve never seen anything like this before and it doesn t seem to be going away. Any info? Thanks!

Hi.
As per your case history you are having intertrigo.
My treatment advice is -
1. Maintain good hygiene and bath twice daily.
2. Apply an antifungal cream like clotrimazole cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine for itching.
4. Other treatment options are oral fluconazole, itraconazole and terbinafine taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
