What Causes Bruised And Painful Hands And Heels With Headache?

Please type your query here... my partner has had the flu with a bad throat, was given antibiotics which cleared up throat but his hands and heels have come out bruised and he says it really aches. Also still very tired and suffereing at night with a headache ?
