Hi there, thank you for choosing healthmagic, as your daughter fell down and got a hit on the temple, so bleeding under the skin which appears as bruise is fairly obvious, It will be classified bad only if your daughter shows any one or more of the following signs within 24 hours of trauma 1. Vomiting 2. Seizures/fits 3. numbness 4. Difficulty in maintaining gait 5. Vision problems 6. Increasing severity of headache 7. Sudden behavioural changes. if you notice any of the above signs in your daughter please bring her to ER i.e. Emergency room of a hospital for detailed evaluation.
