What Causes Bruised Eyes After Suffering From Vertigo?

My 31yr old boyfriend has had vertigo for 5days now the doctor said if it lasts over 7 go back to the doctor. He has been on tablets to stop nausea but it hasn t really helped and now he has woken up with 2 brushed eyes it looks like he was punched ? Is this connected

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the facial injury then it might be the cause of vertigo, but of course this could be due vestibular dysfunction some time better to try some antihistamine "Tab Bitahistine 8 mg" three times in day hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
