What Causes Bruised Lump On The Head?

I have what feels like a lump on my head that feels like a bruise and I am not sure what it is but I did not bump my head on anything. I just noticed it and I am not sure if I should go see a doctor right away or wait a few days to see if it goes away on its own.

Main is clinical symptoms, if this are absent then no need to worry about this, second keep this under observation if anything find in color size, or pain then you need to see the doctor and then you may need some investigation and CT head would be asked, hope this information helps, take care.
