General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Extreme pain with walking and history of recent fall at the age of 67 may be indicative of fracture neck of femur or hip joint subluxation or dislocation. It is best recommended to consult at nearest community health center for primary examination of bony part and rule out any fracture if it is there or not if required with support of a digital X-ray of pelvis with hip joints.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
