What Causes Bruises All Over The Legs And Arms?

I have brusies all over my legs, thighs, hips and now im getting them all over my arms. I had blood work done Monday morning and the results are normal. I had an ultrasound of my liver and spleen and they are normal too. my doctor isn t free to talk to until Monday but im getting concerned because a few hours ago a bruise the size of a baseball came out on my hip and it is very dark purple. I don t know what to do.

Hello

Bruises all over your body is due to 2 main reasons:
1- you've been active so might have been hit your legs against any object, especially if the place was small and with many objects.
Perhaps you do not recall them.

2. You might have taken blood thinning meds that increase the chance for bruising easily.

Wait for the doctor's response first. Ask to get a copy of the lab results and send to me for further a second opinion.
