Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

So far as symptoms narrated here, there sounds to be capillary leak from various possible reasons as:
- undue compression when sleeping
- alteration in platelets or other coagulation parameters
- certain skin issues from underlying systemic problems
- others
I would recommend here to evaluate the same with a photo picture of the spots so that better guidelines can be figured out.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
