What Causes Bruises On A Child S Shin?

Hi my child is 7 and has resently getting bruises on her shins that are quite large but she cannot account for how she done it. They seem to be around the same spot. Also sometimes she has bleeding gums. From between certain teeth she was telling me. I went to my gp today and he said the bruising is normal for a active child as she is. She doesnt aways brush her teeth so that could be the issue with that. I have been given a blood test reveral for her. My gp said to use it if the bruising is worse. What do you think? Im a hypercondriac as it is. Please help me this streesing the hell out of me
